Horses in our care
The stay has a purpose—and the owner stays connected to it.
Training livery can create the consistency and observation time that a weekly visit cannot. Each stay begins with an agreed purpose, relevant welfare information and an honest view of what can be achieved in the available time.
The aim is not to return a horse who only works for Lauren. Progress is explained, the owner is involved and the handover is planned so the work can continue at home.
When this can help

Foundations need building
Individual preparation for young or green horses without rushing them through a fixed production line.
Owner needs a supported handover
A period of focused work followed by explanation, practice and realistic next steps for home.

Welfare and safety come first. Training follows only when the horse is in a position to learn.

Health, behaviour, routine, risks and the intended outcome are discussed before a place is confirmed.

Train and review
Work follows the individual horse, with progress and concerns communicated rather than hidden until collection day.

Handover the capability
The owner learns what has changed, what still needs work and how to continue the useful part at home.
Limited individual places
Appropriate routine, focused work and full visibility.
Spaces are intentionally limited. Length of stay, work plan, care requirements and owner involvement are agreed around the horse rather than sold as a standard package.
